Refunds

Please note, that all bookings are binding and if you miss your booked time slot to visit Waterford Stables 100% of your booking cost will be charged. We will however, try to accommodate date or time changes up to 48 hours before your booked time slot.

In order to exercise your right of requesting a date or time change, you must contact us of by means of a clear statement via email to info@waterfordstables.com or via phone to +44 7356 005999.

Please note, that we can not guarantee availability of your requested date or time change and therefore reserve the right to reject any such request.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note, that visits to our farm involve interaction with live animals, which are kept in a farm environment. This may include but is not limited to muddy grounds, dirt, dust and animal scat. We recommend that you dress appropriately for interaction with animals.
Waterford Stables will not be held liable for damage or loss of property, including but not limited to mobile phones, clothes, shoes and other accessories or belongings.

Children of all ages must be supervised by an adult at all times. Waterford Stables reserves the right to dismiss or reject any participant at any given time from animal interaction at our discretion, should the participant show signs of drug or alcohol intoxication, violence and/or any kind of disturbing or aggressive behaviour towards our animals and/or staff.

By booking, you agree to acknowledge that petting farm activities and animal interactions of any kind involve inherent risks that may cause serious injury and possibly death to participants. You further acknowledge to understand and agree to the risks and dangers associated with your child's (or your own) participation within the farm environment
